• Flexible Storage Sizes

We offer storage rooms from standard size 20 square feet to 57 square feet plus standalone cabinet size of 3 x 1.5 X 5.83 feet. All our storage rooms can be dismantled and installed according to your unique requirement.  In other words, you can enjoy all kinds of size you need.

• Door Lock

Each storage room can be individually locked by your own lock.  We can also provide lock on demand at special rate.  Please note that the diameter of hook should not be larger than 3/8 inch or 10mm.

• Carton Box

If you need boxes to pack your stuffs, you can purchase the carton box from us.  There are two sizes of carton box available for your selection. They are:
22L x 15W x 20 H inches
30L x 20W x 15 H inches 

• Insurance Coverage

Even though we do not recommend you to store your valuable items in our warehouse, we understand that you may want to buy insurance against fire. We can introduce you to our mini store insurance strategic partner who will assist you to obtain the insurance coverage that you need.

• Mail Box Service

All our mini storage warehouse customers can use our mail box service for free. By adopting this service, you can use our warehouse address as your business address to receive mails to cut operating costs.  Mail arrival notification will be sent to you by email or text message at minimal service charge.

• ​Pest Control

We conduct pest control specialist to prevent disgusting pests like cockroaches, termites, mosquitoes and rats etc.

• 24 Hours All Days Access

You can enter your storage space anytime or day and as many times as you like with your personal smart card.  Only authorized persons can enter the warehouse.

• 24 Hours CCTV Surveillance Control

The warehouse area including corridors and entrances are under 24 hours CCTV recording.  

• 24 Hours Service Hotline

You can call our emergency hotline even after office hours or on public holidays to get support.

• All Seasons Air Conditioning and Humidity Control

To ensure that your belongings are stored in an ideal storage environment, we conduct tight control over the temperature and humidity inside our warehouse.  According to the advice of US environment control specialist, we try to set our room temperature at 25°C +/-2°C and relative humidity within the range of 40% to 70%.
