1. Identification and Proof of Residential or Business Address
For personal registration, we need your I.D. card or passport and correspondence address. For Corporate Customer, please bring along with you the company chop and a copy of the Business Registration. The above documents can be faxed to our office fax no. 25523722 or our warehouse at 31884387.
2. Storage Room /Storage Cabinet Door Lock
You can bring your own key lock or buy key lock from us. (The pipe of the key lock should not be larger than 3/8 inch or 10mm.)
3. Deposit for Door Smart Card
Deposit of HK$100.00 per card will be paid on registration. This deposit will be refunded after signing the termination documents. However, if customer lost the door card, customer is required to pay HKD100.00 for reissuance of new card.
4. Rental Fee (License Fee)
All customers are required to pay deposit and prepayment at the time of signing the contract. The deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks by cheque after signing the termination documents.
5. Payment Method
5.1 Payment By Check
If payment is made by check, the crossed check should be opened to ‘Store Mate Ltd.’ and mail it to Store Mate Ltd. at Unit B, 2/F, Sing Teck Factory Building, 44 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong or drop in the check box placed inside the warehouse when you visit your storage room. Please be reminded to write down your name or company name, storage room no. and contact phone at the back of the check before sealing the envelope.
5.2 Payment By Cash or Credit Card
Customers can make payment by cash or credit card by visiting our warehouse during office hours. Please check the ‘Contact Us’ for our working hours. You are advised to make appointment by calling 25525022 before the visit.
5.3 Bank Transfer
Payment can be made via ATM machine or bank transfer to our bank account at :

Please fax the bank receipt to our office fax no. 25523722 or our warehouse at 31884387. We will issue the official receipt after bank validation.
5.4 Bank Auto Transfer
Customer can also arrange auto transfer via their bank account or credit card account with their own banker to our Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd. bank account as per details given under item 5.3. Please note that it usually takes 2 to 4 weeks before setting up the auto transfer.
6. Prepayment is not refundable
Please note that when choosing ‘Full Prepayment’ with or without discount premium, the prepaid rental fee is not refundable.
7. Contract Period
Our contract period is classified as Short Term (less than four months) and Long Term Contract (4 months or more). If actual storage period exceeds the contract period, rental fee will be charged on pro-rata basis.
8. Notice of Termination of Contract
If Customer has to terminate a short term contract during its contract period, he or she has to pay for the remaining contract period. All prepayment of rental fee (license fee), no matter whether discount is obtained or not, will not be refunded in any circumstances. Before the expiry of the contract period, customer should consider to terminate the service on expiry or to renew the contract. 30 day prior written notice for termination of a long term storage contract should be given to our company or 30 day rental payment will be charged in lieu of notice.
9. Termination of Storage Contract must be made in person
Customer has to visit our warehouse in person to complete the termination procedures and remove all the belongings inside the storage room. Household or corporate customers (bring their company chops) have to sign on the Confirmation of the Termination.
10. Contract Renewal Notice
Customer has to give at least 14 day written prior notice to our company if he or she wants to renew the contract on expiry. If the renewal notice is less than 14 days, our company has the right to license the relevant storage room to other customers without notice.
11. Refund of deposit
Refund will be made by company cheque within 14 days after signing the termination documents.
12.Insurance is not included
The rental payment does not include any insurance coverage for water, fire or theft. Customer has to their own insurance coverage as they deem appropriate.
